Our shipping is affordable, fast, and you will be kept updated. Below you’ll find a breakdown of our shipping options.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer three delivery options for your order 1) basic, 2) in-room, and 3) in-room with assembly. You can select the level of service right for you at checkout.

BASIC Shipping: Basic shipping is now free for all orders over $199! Aesthete Furniture’s basic, flat-rate shipping delivers your order to your front door and is a contactless delivery. Please note, this delivery method will not include appointment scheduling and is similar in service to FedEx or UPS deliveries. Larger items will ship with our specialized furniture carriers due to FedEx and UPS’ size limitations.

Shopping cart total $200+ = FREE

UPGRADE In-Room Shipping: $69. In-room shipping includes a two-person delivery team that will deliver your order to the room of your choice for all qualifying products. This is an excellent option if you need some help moving big pieces of furniture or living in an apartment. Your order will be delivered with a specialized furniture carrier and includes appointment scheduling options before delivery.

UPGRADE+ In-Room + Assembly Shipping: $149. Get your order delivered to the room of your choice and fully assembled by a two-person delivery team. This is great for busy people or those who hate putting together furniture. Your order will be delivered with a specialized furniture carrier and includes appointment scheduling options before delivery. Please note that while our delivery team will always do their best to help, they do not remove packaging, just in case you decide to return or exchange your product.

By selecting an upgraded delivery service, Aesthete Furniture will only arrange one delivery once all the items on your order become available. If requested, we can arrange a second shipment for an additional cost. Please get in touch with us if this is something you would like to do.
These rates apply to our standard service area in the 48 contiguous United States.

Some remote areas are beyond our Standard Service Area, and our carriers do not service those locations. Aesthete Furniture will provide the shipping cost for your approval before processing the order in these instances.

SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY

Our team will be in touch to let you know when you can expect your order and schedule your delivery with you. Our delivery teams typically operate from Monday to Friday, 9 AM-6 PM.

Smaller items are often sent via UPS or FedEx. These deliveries are not scheduled in advance, but we will share tracking information, so you know when to expect your order.

SHIPPING BEYOND OUR STANDARD SERVICE AREA

If you live outside our standard service area and need to orchestrate an exchange or a return, our team can help. We are unable to offer free exchanges outside standard service areas. Should you want to exchange items in your order, please get in touch, and we will provide an estimate of shipping costs. Returns outside our standard service area are subject to our standard $49 return shipping fee.
