Changed your mind? If you decide your piece isn’t quite right, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). If you decide to return your Aesthete Furniture item(s), you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. We will refund the purchase price less the return shipping fee. Aesthete Furniture does not charge any restocking fees.
You can return your Aesthete Furniture order for any reason — even if you just change your mind. To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your piece is in as-new condition, and that you have the original packaging on hand. All returns will be subject to the actual Return Shipping Fee which can vary depending on the location of the return and typically range from $19-$79 for small parcel items that are able to ship via FedEx/UPS and $100-$250 for larger items, like sofas, beds, etc. that have to ship with specialized LTL carriers.
If you refuse the delivery because items do not fit, you are responsible for all return shipping fees. The dimensions are available on our website for your convenience so please be sure to check the dimensions prior to ordering.
Return Conditions
- Products must be in new or unused condition (for example no stains, tears, or other soiling including odors). Products with scratches, stains, damages, drilling, or other modifications cannot be returned.
- Products must be returned in the original packaging with all original product inserts.
- Clearance item sales are final, and returns cannot be issued.
- Any return shipping and/or delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.
- The returned merchandise will be inspected within 72 hours of arriving at our warehouse. Once we’ve determined that the product is in as-new condition, our team will process your return and issue a refund minus the return shipping fees.
- Please note that depending on your card issuer’s policy, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your credit statement.
Additional Service Fees
Please note that shipping and additional service fees paid are non-refundable. This includes fees paid for in-room delivery, assembly service, and delivery and returns beyond our standard shipping zone.
Any Aesthete Furniture products that are shipped outside of the contiguous United States are not covered by our return policy.
Shipping
Delivery charges will apply if the customer is not available to receive their order at the agreed upon date and time of delivery with the carrier. Also, any updates to an order must be made prior to the day of delivery or delivery fees will apply.
Delivery time frames are an estimate – actual delivery may occur earlier or later than scheduled due to the nature of long-distance, nationwide furniture delivery and unforeseen events. The carrier will contact you to schedule the delivery 1 day in advance.
Please note that by selecting an upgraded delivery service, Aesthete Furniture will only arrange one single delivery once all the items on your order become available. We can arrange a second shipment at a cost. Please contact us if this is something you would like to do.
